Lets say now at his point everything is up and running but ALL we have done is worthless until people (surfers) - our potential customers hear about us and surf through the site. So, the main problem that we'll try to solve in this tutorial is - how to attract TRAFFIC to flow through our pages. Let's start!
This is a proven recipe to increase your blog (or regular site) ranking on the search engines, get listed on some blog directories and also achieve a better $$$ income. Follow it up and results won't stay away.

First what we have to do is to edit meta tags in the source code of our site.
Fill it as shown on this link:

After that point try to submit to as many search engines as you can.

The next step is registering to blog directories. These are the major and also the best that will pull a lot of traffic to your blog:
Technorati - http://technorati.com/ - Real-time search for user-generated media (including weblogs) by tag or keyword. Also provides popularity indexes.
Add your blog - http://www.addyourblog.com/ - Very good blog index, #1 on the Google Search for "add blog" query.
Blog Catalog - http://www.blogcatalog.com/ - Blog Catalog is the premiere social blog directory on the internet. Whether you're looking to promote your own blog or find blogs on various topics.
Ice Rocket - http://www.icerocket.com/c?p=addblog - Also very good.
Final step is to register FEED hat allows blog owners and podcasters the ability to manage their RSS feeds and track usage of their subscribers.
