To get into all this stuff and EARN you have to do some setup procedures. They are:
- Create WEBSITE and fill it with INTERESTING CONTENT

After that point your application will be reviewed in 1-2 business weeks and followed up with an email within 2-3 days. If you are accepted into the program, you can log in to your new account and get the HTML code to insert into your web pages. Once you've done this, AdSense program is starting to serve ads on your site within minutes. If your site is not yet in Google's index, it may take a few hours or longer before they are able to crawl your site and serve the most relevant AdWords ads.
Please note that Google AdSense currently has limited language support, and new applications MUST BE for English-language sites. Payments are made via check in US dollars, but in some countries Electronic Funds Transfer is also available.
